In March 2020 the COVID-19 pandemic breaks out. A "state of emergency" is declared and millions of people are confined. The streets of Lisbon are deserted. But what about those who have no home? Under the pressure of the emergency, the municipality transforms the biggest sport-complex of Lisbon, Casal Vistoso, into a multifunctional shelter.
