以日本平成年间非常有名的都市传说“鲛岛事件”为原型，讲述主人公佐佐木菜奈（武田）与高中同学们在视频聊天时提到了“鲛岛事件”，于是几个人随着对这个都市传说的深入了解，接连遇到奇异事件的故事。Nana Sasaki joins an on-line meeting with her former high school classmates, Yuki and Suzu, where they rehash the terrifying Samejima Incident, an urban legend that has been circulating around the Internet for two decades with the following warning: those who find the truth behind it will be cursed and die.
