《操心》改编自韩国同名网络漫画，此剧讲述了男主角(李正信 饰)十年前与初恋擦身而过，一直没法忘记她。他在偶然下穿越时空回到了十年前，竟与年少的自己(徐志焄 饰)，和过去暗恋的她(李烈音 饰)，展开了一场三角关系。A man named Shin Woo regrets letting his first love go ten years ago because he didn't have the courage to confess. However, he gets the chance to win her again when he travels back in time, and this time he's armed with the knowledge that she liked him back then too. Unfortunately, he has a pretty strong competitor: himself from ten years ago. The present Shin Woo and the past Shin-woo engage in a fierce rivalry to win their love's heart.
